Metal corner: the Overseer and Fit for a King set to tour the U.S. next year

Christian metal bands the Overseer and Fit for a King are gearing up for a co-headlining tour, set take the bands through the Midwest, West Coast and Southwest. The trek is scheduled to jet off on Jan. 18 at the Vault in Temecula, Calif., and wrap up Feb. 3 at Tom Cats West in Forth Worth, Texas. Find the full roster of tour dates below.

The Overseer are out in support of their 2012 Solid State Records debut, “We Search, We Dig,” and bass player Bradley Riggs says the band is psyched to take the tracks back out on the road. “2012 was absolutely the best year in our band’s existence,” Riggs said in a statement. “We got signed, put out our debut record and closed out the fall with an incredible full U.S. tour with August Burns Red. Looking forward to 2013, we’re all stoked to see what unfolds as we look to keep the momentum rolling!”
