‘Morrissey Live: 25’ will arrive on DVD and Blu-ray in October

Morrissey’s new concert film hit theaters this past summer, but fans that missed the show will soon have the chance to catch it on DVD and Blu-ray. The former Smiths singer has dropped the news that he’ll unleash “Morrissey Live: 25” on Oct. 22. The movie chronicles the frontman’s March 2 show at Hollywood High School in Los Angeles.

“Morrissey Live: 25” will feature a collection of Smiths songs and Morrissey tunes, including “The Boy with the Thorn in His Side,” “Please, Please, Please Let Me Get What I Want,” “Meat is Murder,” “That Joke Isn’t Funny Anymore” and more.

In total, expect 19 tracks for the regular set. The DVD will also feature videos of four exclusive bonus songs recorded in the studio: “Scandinavia,” “The Kid’s a Looker,” “Action Is My Middle Name” and “People Are the Same Everywhere.” The release will also feature footage of actor Russell Brand introducing Morrissey at the Hollywood High School show.
