Royal Blood will hit the road on their first U.S. headlining tour this May

U.K. rockers Royal Blood have played plenty of U.S. shows, and they’re slated to open for Foo Fighters on the band’s upcoming North American tour. That said, Royal Blood have never hit the road on a full U.S. headlining trek. That’s about to change.

Royal Blood are slated to kick off their inaugural U.S. headlining tour May 25 in Portland, Ore., and stay on the road through a June 13 date in Atlanta. Ticket information for the shows is available at the band’s official website.

After the tour, Royal Blood are on tap to perform at New York City’s Governors Ball and Tennesee’s Bonnaroo. After that, the Foo Fighters tour will start.

Back in the U.K., Royal Blood have been nominated for three Brit Awards, which is basically the British version of the Grammys. The guys are up for Best British Group, British Breakthrough Act and British Album of the Year, the latter for their self-titled debut album.
