The Neighbourhood Announce New Album, ‘Wiped Out’
New tunes from alternative rockers the Neighbourhood are due out this fall
Alternative pop band the Neighbourhood are back with their sophomore album, “Wiped Out,” due out Oct. 30. The album is currently available for pre-order via iTunes, and those who pre-order the set will get to hear a sample of tracks off the upcoming release.
In addition to the new tunes, the Neighbourhood have announced a new batch of tour dates for their fall North American run, including second stops in New York, San Diego and Washington D.C. The tour will kick off Sept. 14 in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and run through an Oct. 20 show in Las Vegas, Nevada. For tour dates, visit the band’s website here.
“Wiped Out” follows the Neighbourhood’s 2013 debut, “I Love You,” which took alternative and pop radio by storm with the songs “Sweater Weather” and “Afraid.” The group brings together singer Jesse Rutherford, guitarists Jeremy Freedmanand Zach Abels, bass player Mikey Margott and drummer Brandon Fried.
