Christian rockers Third Day are hitting the road this fall

Atlanta’s Third Day are known for their straight-ahead rock music, but the Christian rock band recently released an album of worship songs called “Lead Us Back: Songs of Worship.” To support the set, the band has announced a fall 2015 tour, dubbed the “Lead Us Back Tour,” which will hit 22 cities this fall.

The “Lead Us Back Tour” will set off Oct. 1 in Wichita, Kan., and continue through a Nov. 21 stop in Columbia, S.C. More tour dates will be added for spring 2016. Openers on the trek include Brandon Heath and Warren Barfield, the latter who will speak about the organization Food for the Hungry.

Third Day recently closed out their spring U.S. and Canadian “Soul on Fire Tour.” They capped off the dates with two June Third Day & Friends shows: one at Atlanta’s Gwinnett Arena and the other at Denver’s Red Rocks Amphitheatre.
