Breaking Benjamin are taking a break from recording to do an unplugged tour

Breaking Benjamin is going soft. Well, not really, but the modern rockers are going unplugged for an acoustic tour of the U.S. this fall.

Breaking Benjamin’s acoustic fall fun will set off Sept. 29 in Boston and run through a Nov. 7 date in Cleveland. Tickets will go on sale this Friday (Sept. 8) at 10 a.m. local venue time at BreakingBenjamin.com.

In other news, the guys of Breaking Benjamin are currently working on their follow-up to 2015’s “Dark Before Dawn.” That album, which marked the band’s sixth, scored a handful of rock radio hits, including “Failure,” “Angels Fall” and “Never Again.”
