Have you ever dreamed of hearing a Beck, Jack White collaboration? If so, that dream could become a reality, as Beck says the two have recorded a crop of music together

Beck and Jack White have apparently jammed together a lot over the years– so much, in fact, that they have “almost an album’s worth” of music they’ve made in collaboration that has yet to be released.

Beck spoke of the collaborative material in a new interview with Zane Lowe on Apple Music.

“I have a lot of stuff with Jack White,” Beck said during the chat. “We we probably have almost an album’s worth now just from the last two decades of hanging out.”

As for the sound of the material, the Grammy Award-winner called their style of music, “lo-fi blues.”

“It’s kind of what you’d expect,” he explained. “We should put all that stuff together someday.”

In other news, Beck recently released a new, visual album edition of his latest album, “Hyperspace,” which he created in collaboration with NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory. The visual album features “Hyperspace” sounds brought to life with photos from NASA missions, as well as “visualizations, animations and data with revolutionary Artificial Intelligence tech.” Watch it on YouTube here.

White’s most recent studio album is his 2019 Raconteurs set, “Help Us Stranger.”
