Eddie Vedder of Pearl Jam is getting into the holiday spirit with the gift of new music. Vedder released a six-song EP called “Matter of Time” on Christmas Day (Dec. 25), featuring a bevy of acoustic songs from Vedder’s solo and and Pearl Jam catalogs.

The set features the previously released Vedder solo songs “Matter of Time” and “Say Hi,” as well as acoustic renditions of the popular Pearl Jam songs “Just Breathe,” “Future Days” and “Porch.” “Matter of Time” also includes an unplugged cover of Bruce Springsteen’s “Growin’ Up.”

Vedder debuted “Matter of Time” and “Say Hi” last month as part of the Venture Into Cures benefit stream to benefit people and families impacted by Epidermolysis bullosa, a rare genetic skin disorder also called EB. The “Future Days” track comes from Vedder’s performance at the 2020 Game Awards earlier this month, and the acoustic versions “Just Breathe” and “Porch” were previously recorded by Vedder for Amazon. As for the Springsteen cover, the EP marks the first time the song has been released.

In Pearl Jam news, the band released their most recent album, “Gigaton,” in March. The album was named one of Audio Ink Radio’s Top 60 Rock and Metal Albums of 2020. Pearl Jam’s 1991 debut album, “Ten,” has also been selected to be inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame in 2021. Each year, the Recording Academy picked a handful of songs and albums that “exhibit qualitative or historical significance” to officially enter the Hall of Fame.

Eddie Vedder’s “Matter of Time’ Track List:

1. Matter of Time
2. Say Hi
3. Just Breathe (Acoustic at home)
4. Future Days (Acoustic at home)
5. Growin’ Up (Acoustic at home)
6. Porch (Acoustic at home)
