Puscifer, the group fronted by Tool and A Perfect Circle singer Maynard James Keenan, is one of the big additions to the lineup, along with Santigold, “Sweet Disposition” hit-makers the Temper Trap, the Cave Singers and “Danzig Legacy,” the latter which will reportedly feature Glenn Danzig performing Samhain, Misfits and tunes from his solo collection.
The Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival is a four-day, multi-stage camping festival held on a 700-acre farm in Manchester, Tenn., every June. The festival strings to bring together some of the “finest performers in rock and roll, along with dozens of artists in complementary styles such as jazz, Americana, hip-hop, electronica, and just about any contemporary music you can think of,” according to an official statement.
The 2012 Bonnaroo Festival is set to rock Manchester, Tenn. from June 7-10 this year. Many more acts are expected to drop in the next few months, including a full comedy lineup. Comedian Aziz Ansari — best known for his work on “Parks and Recreation” — has already been booked for the 2012 festival.
