Watch Linkin Park’s just-released video for ‘Castle of Glass’

The guys of Linkin Park already have two chart-topping rock hits off their latest album, “Living Things,” in “Burn It Down” and “Lost in the Echo.” Now, the rap-rockers are dropping their third single, “Castle of Glass,” and the band just released the official video for the song. Watch the video below.

The video’s backstory revolves around the son of a military officer who has to deal with the tragic news that his father has lost his life during a battle. In addition to the storyline, the video also offers footage of Chester Bennington, Mike Shinoda and the rest of Linkin Park playing the song inside a whirlwind of glass, plus mixes in footage of the forthcoming “Medal of Honor Warfighter” video game, which drops on Oct. 23.

In other Linkin Park news, the band recently became the first rock band in history to hit one billion views on their official YouTube channel, LinkinParkTV. So far, the most watched video on their channel is the clip for the band’s 2009 hit, “New Divide,” off the “Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen” soundtrack. Only time will tell if “Castle of Glass” will surpass that count. (Photo via YouTube.)
