Green Day streaming their latest album, ‘¡Tre!,’ a week before it hits stores

Green Day fans who don’t have to wait until next week to hear the band’s third album in their album trilogy, “¡Tre!” The guys are currently streaming “¡Tré!” in full, a week before the pop-punk set is slated to hit stores and online outlets. Head to the band’s official website for details on how to stream the album.

“¡Tre!” is set to arrive on Tuesday (Dec. 11), and the other two releases in the trilogy, “¡Uno!” and “¡Dos!,” dropped earlier this  year. The Rob Cavallo-produced releases are the collective follow-up to the band’s 2009 release “21st Century Breakdown.”

In other Green Day news, frontman Billie Joe Armstrong is looking to sell his cottage in Newport Beach, Calif. According to the Real Estalker blog, the singer and guitarist is selling the vacation property for approximately $1.89 million. The cottage offers three bedrooms, 3.5 baths and a brick-paved and bamboo-shaded side and back yard patio with an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand and salt after trips to the beach. Not too shabby! Check out photos of the cottage at the Real Estalker website.

Armstrong is currently in rehab for substance abuse after going off on a rant during a Las Vegas concert earlier this year.
