Grunge rockers Alice in Chains have announced a handful of 2013 tour dates
New music from Alice in Chains is on the way, and while the band has yet to announce a title and official release date for their latest full-length, they haven’t stalled at all when it comes to announcing tour dates. The legendary grunge band has just released a list of spring 2013 tour dates in support of the upcoming album. Check out the newly-announced itinerary below.
Alice in Chains’ North American jaunts sets off on April 25 at the Fillmore in Miami Beach, Fl., and will make the rounds through Birmingham, Norfolk, Milwaukee, Ft. Wayne and several other cities before wrapping up May 24 at Pinewood Bowl Amphitheater in Lincoln, Neb. More tour dates are expected to be announced, to boot.
Alice in Chains are on target to unleash the follow-up to their 2009 release, “Black Gives Way to Blue,” this year. The album’s debut single, “Hollow,” dropped late last year. The track is currently available via iTunes.
