Alabama Shakes will kick off a North American tour this June

Alternative rock darlings Alabama Shakes have announced a short North American headlining tour for this summer. The group’s tour kicks off on June 18 at the LC Pavilion in Columbus, Ohio and wraps up on July 28 at the Cabooze Outdoor Plaza in Minneapolis, Minn. The tour also features a special two-night residency at Los Angeles’ Hollywood Palladium. Hurray for the Riff Raff and Fly Golden Eagle will open on certain dates.

Those hoping to score pre-sale tickets for the new gigs will find them starting this Tuesday (March 12) at 12 p.m. ET via Alabama Shakes’ Front Gate page. Tickets will go on sale to the general public beginning Friday and Saturday.
