Smashing Pumpkins Announce 2013 North American Tour Dates
Smashing Pumpkins will hit the road this spring in support of ‘Oceania’
Following a batch of heavy touring last fall in support of their latest full-length album, “Oceania,” the Smashing Pumpkins have plans to hit the road again this spring. Billy Corgan and company have announced they will play another leg of North American tour dates starting late last month. No word yet on exactly what the band will play on the tour, but last fall’s trek featured the group playing “Oceania” in its entirety, followed by some of the band’s classic cuts.
The tour kicks off on April 29 at the King Center for the Performing Arts in Melbourne, Fla., and makes stops through Tennessee, North Carolina, Georgia, Texas and beyond.
The Pumpkins are also slated to play a crop of festival shows, including the Beale Street Music Festival in Memphis, Tenn., on May 5 and Rock on the Range in Columbus, Ohio, on May 18. Find a complete list of tour dates below.
