Counting Crows and the Wallflowers Announce Summer North American Tour
Two ‘90s alternative rock mainstays, the Wallflowers and Counting Crows, to tour this summer
Counting Crows and the Wallflowers recently toured Australia and Europe together, and now, the two ‘90s mainstays have announced a U.S. summer tour. The trek will kick off June 14 at the Pennysaver Amphitheater in Farmingville, N.Y. and run through July 21 at the Orange County Fair in Costa Mesa, Calif. Check out the full roster below.
Tickets for the upcoming dates go on sale to the general public starting Friday, April 26, via Ticketmaster’s official website and other Ticketmaster outlets. Pre-sale tickets will be available through each band’s community starting today (April 23).
Adam Duritz-fronted Counting Crows are on the road in support of their 2012 full-length, “Underwater Sunshine (Or What We Did On Our Summer Vacation).” The band has sold over 20 million albums worldwide since their 1993 breakout release, “August and Everything After.” Meanwhile, the Wallflowers are touring in support of their latest album, “Glad All Over,” which arrived last fall.
