Megadeth, Device, Black Label Society and More to Play Gigantour
Megadeth announces lineup for the 2013 Gigantour
Heavy metal band Megadeth have announced the lineup for their annual Gigantour festival. Like always, Megadeth will headline the tour, while the rest of the bill will feature Device (featuring David Draiman from Disturbed), Newsted, Black Label Society, HELLYEAH and Death Division.
“This year’s power-packed lineup is probably the best Gigantour yet, and we’ve had some pretty massive Gigantours over the years,” Megadeth frontman Dave Mustaine said in an official statement. “Gigantour 2013 brings four of my favorite bands…there are going to be fans from Ozzy [Osbourne] to Disturbed to Pantera to Metallica and everything that’s metal in-between! Don’t miss the metal festival of the summer!”
The North American run sets off on July 3 at Meadowbrook in Gilford, N.H., and will hit over two dozen cities before wrapping up on Aug. 11 at the Molson Canadian Amphitheatre in Toronto, ON. Check out the full tour itinerary below.
Gigantour pre-sale tickets will be offered via the festival’s official website beginning May 9. Tickets will go on sale to the general public the following day.
