Volbeat, HIM, All That Remains and Airbourne to Play Rock Allegiance Tour
The 2013 Rock Allegiance Tour will feature a lineup of Volbeat, HIM, All That Remains and Airbourne
The Rock Allegiance Tour is back, and the tour’s organizers have announced the list of acts set to appear on the 2013 roster. Danish metal band Volbeat will headline the tour, and support will come from Finnish rock band HIM, Springfield, Mass.-based rockers All That Remains and Australian hard rockers Airbourne.
“The fans have made our North American visits thus far this year great fun and truly memorable,” Volbeat frontman Michael Poulsen said in an official statement. “We are looking forward to headlining Monster Energy’s Rock Allegiance festival tour this summer, and sharing the stage with HIM, All That Remains and Airbourne.”
All of the bands on the tour have fresh albums out. Volbeat released their latest studio album, “Outlaw Gentlemen & Shady Ladies,” in early April. HIM are touring in support of their new full-length, “Tears on Tape,” which also dropped last month. All That Remains’ latest album, “A War You Cannot Win,” arrived late last year. Airbourne’s latest set, “Black Dog Barking,” is due out May 21.
Tour dates for the trek are expected to be announced in the coming weeks. For more information, head to the Rock Allegiance Tour’s official website.
