Vampire Weekend add a batch of fall North American tour dates to their roster
Riding high on their recent No. 1 debut on the Billboard 200 chart with their new album, “Modern Vampires of the City,” Vampire Weekend have decided it’s a great time to add more tour dates to their 2013 North American trek. The band is currently overseas in Europe on a tour, but starting on Sept. 19, they’ll be back in the U.S., kicking off a lengthy run of shows. Check out the full itinerary below.
The band’s newly-announced tour kicks off Sept. 19 at the Skyline Stage at The Mann Center in Philadelphia, Penn., and travels through Phoenix, St. Louis, San Diego and beyond before wrapping up Oct. 10 in Grand Prairie, Texas. Sky Ferreira will serve as the opening act on all of the new tour dates.
