AWOLNATION to Release ‘Megalithic Symphony’ Deluxe Editions
AWOLNATION’s chart-topping album ‘Megalithic Symphony’ is getting reissued with some bonus material
AWOLNATION’S 2011 debut, “Megalithic Symphony,” was a massive success, spawning three alternative radio singles in “Sail,” “Not Your Fault” and “Kill Your Heroes.” Now, the Aaron Bruno-fronted band has announced it will release a deluxe version of the album in November.
The upcoming deluxe version will feature two CDs and 32 tracks, including a few new songs: “THISKIDSNOTALRIGHT,” “Some Kind of Joke” and “Everybody’s Got a Secret.” The set will also offer some remixes and B-sides. Take a look at the full track listing below.
On top of the music, AWOLNATION is including some random paraphernalia in several different versions of the deluxe album, including a custom surf wax comb, an embroidered patch, a signed lithograph, a limited-edition vinyl version of the album and more.
All of the “Megalithic Symphony” deluxe editions will drop on Nov. 19. For more on the releases and to pre-order, head to the Bompa website.
Bruno recently chatted with Audio Ink Radio about the band that made him want to make music. “Nirvana is the band that made me feel like I could pick up my guitar and sing along,” he said. “I would play their songs in my bedroom. I did know how to play a couple of chords on guitar, but nothing fancy; just basic guitar.”
