Lenny Kravitz to Appear in New Film, ‘Little Rootie Tootie’
Lenny Kravitz will star in the upcoming movie ‘Little Rootie Tootie’
The acting bug has bitten Lenny Kravitz. The musician recently appeared in Lee Daniels’ “The Butler” and is set to once again play the role of Cinna in the upcoming “Hunger Games” sequel, “Catching Fire.” Now, according to Deadline, Kravitz will appear in another film, playing a lead role in the upcoming drama “Little Rootie Tootie.”
Kravitz will play the son of Oscar Award-winning actor Christopher Walken in the movie. Kravitz’s character and his wife will reportedly go home to help Walken’s character deal with the death of his wife.
“Little Rootie Tootie” is schedule to start shooting in January in New York City.
In other news, Kravitz recently released the 20th Anniversary Deluxe Edition of “Are You Gonna Go My Way.” The album has been digitally re-mastered and expanded, featuring two discs of tunes, some previously unreleased. The set is available through Amazon and iTunes, as well as in physical form via Lenny Kravitz’s official store.
