Nine Inch Nails to Tour in 2014, Says Trent Reznor
Nine Inch Nails will hit the road in 2014, albeit with a slightly different lineup
Nine Inch Nails toured for a good part of 2013, and they’re looking to do it all over again in 2014, albeit with a slightly different lineup. According to some comments from frontman Trent Reznor at a recent Reddit Ask Me Anything session, he will definitely go on tour with Nine Inch Nails next year, but the band will likely feature some new members, plus a handful of tunes the group didn’t pull out on their Tension 2013 tour.
“We’re currently rehearsing with a new incarnation of the band for what’s ahead,” he wrote in the Reddit session. “This keeps things fresh from a musician’s perspective, but also keeps things interesting for fans in an era where every show ends up on YouTube. The setlist and presentation moving forward will be very different from what we just did.”
In other Nine Inch Nails news, the band has posted a special concert film, called VEVO Presents: Nine Inch Nails Tension 2013, that features footage from their Tension 2013 run. The 77-minute video offers full footage from the band’s Nov. 8 show at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.
