Tool Announce 2014 Tour Dates
Progressive rock band Tool have confirmed a handful of 2014 tour dates
Progressive rock band Tool have just posted a handful of West Coast tour dates. The trek currently kicks off March 4 in Spokane, Wash., and wraps up March 11 in San Francisco for a total of five tour dates. Check out the full list below.
According to a statement of the band’s official website, the post is “a work in progress… so please keep checking back.” The note goes on to say that “as it concerns Tool shows and related info – such as VIP packages that will be offered with tickets – it will be updated accordingly. Also, please keep in mind that tour dates are always subject to change.”
Tickets for the dates go on sale this Saturday (Jan. 25).
Tool have long been working on their follow-up to 2006’s “10,000 Days.” In one of the last updates frontman Maynard James Keenan gave on the release, he told Rolling Stone, “I wait for them to bring music to me. They tend to go back over and over stuff. It’s a long process. For a person like me, it can be a very tedious process.”
