Judas Priest Unleash Hard-Charging New Track, ‘Redeemer of Souls’
Listen: New Judas Priest, ‘Redeemer of Souls’
New music from Judas Priest is coming soon. The legendary metal band has announced that its new studio album, named “Redeemer of Souls,” will reach all the usual stores and online outlets on July 15.
Those who want to hear something new a bit sooner are in luck, as Rob Halford and company have released a video featuring audio from the album’s title track via their official YouTube channel. The song, “Redeemer of Souls,” is a hard-charging, riff-heavy metal song featuring Halford’s powerful vocals and thick guitars from Glenn Tipton and new band member, Richie Faulkner. “We are revved up and ready to unleash the Priest one more time for our metal fans around the world,” the guys stated on their official website.
Judas Priest’s last studio album, “Nostradamus,” arrived in 2008. The new album is the first to feature Faulkner, as original guitarist K.K. Downing left the band in 2011.
