Puddle of Mudd Announce New Single and Fall 2014 Tour
Puddle of Mudd are back with a new single, ‘Piece of the Action’
Puddle of Mudd are working their way back into the rock world. The post-grunge band has unleashed a new single called “Piece of the Action,” the band’s first hint of new music since 2011, and the song is currently available on iTunes.
As for the new album, fans will have to wait for it. Puddle of Mudd are currently working through a collection of songs that will comprise the new full-length and expect it to arrive sometime next year.
While the new album isn’t here yet, Puddle of Mudd have plans to tour in support the release this year. The band’s North American tour kicked off on Oct. 16 in Arlington Heights, Ill., and runs through a Dec. 20 show in Portland, Oregon. That’s more than two dozen shows, so this is quite a big run to wrap up the year.
“I’m very excited to be on the road touring again, to see my fans,” frontman Wes Scantlin said in a statement. “I’ll rock your faces off.”
