Members of Def Leppard, Pixies and Ministry are raising funds for their upcoming movie, ‘The Bridge’
Def Leppard’s Joe Elliot, Pixies’ Joey Santiago and Ministry’s Al Jourgensen are among the artists who have joined forces to kick off an IndieGoGo campaign to raise funds for their upcoming movie, “The Bridge.” The film is set to star Elliot, Santiago and Jourgensen, as well as Twisted Sister’s Eddie Ojeda, former Misfit Tiny Biuso, Rick Warwick of Thin Lizzy/Black Star Riders and Ministry’s Sin Quirin, so it’s a palate of veteran rock musicians.
The movie’s official description calls “The Bridge” a “rock & roll feature film about the rise of small town music prodigy, Luke Weaver, who faces the decision to choose life or continue down his steadfast path to self-destruction.”
Those who donate via IndieGoGo will score a variety of goodies, including autographed merchandise and VIP tickets. Santiago will even make you a pasta dinner, if you donate a whopping $20,000 to the cause.
“The Bridge” campaign will run through Jan. 1, 2015.
