Third Day’s ‘Soul on Fire Tour’ will hit a handful of U.S. cities in March and April

Christian rock band Third Day will embark on the “Soul on Fire Tour” this spring, and the trek happens in conjunction with the release of the band’s new album. “Lead Us Back” will arrive on March 3, with the tour kicking off March 5 in Boston and running through an April 26 date in Augusta, Maine.

While much of Third Day’s catalog is composed of Christian rock music, the band describes “Lead Us Back” as a worship album.

“‘Lead Us Back’ is a call to worship, not just for our audience but for the band as well,” bass player Tai Anderson said. “Why now? We’re ready for these songs. We’re ready to feel God’s spirit fall afresh on all of us again. We have a twofold hope in sharing them. First, that this music will help lead us as a group back to our original fire and desire to worship and second, that it will do the same for our fans who are on the spiritual journey as well.”

More information on the tour is available on the band’s official website.
