Five Finger Death Punch Announce Short 2015 Tour
Five Finger Death Punch will take a break from the studio this spring for a short jaunt
Five Finger Death Punch are currently working on their new album, but they haven’t forgotten about their fans who are gunning to see a live show. The Las Vegas hard rock act has announced a handful of 2015 tour dates that will take place this April and May.
The guys will return to the road on April 28 in Chattanooga, Tenn., and play six shows through a May 8 stop in Milwaukee, Wis. Information on tickets is up on the band’s official website.
Speaking recently with Audio Ink about guitarist Jason Hook described what it was like to have metal legend Rob Halford sing on the band’s tune, “Lift Me Up.”
“We all decided that when he gets here to sing the song, we’re going to leave the studio,” Hook explained. “There’s nothing worse than having a legend show up and offer to donate his vocals to your track, and you sit on the other side of the glass and stare him down. So, we all made a cautious decision to leave when he got there and let him relax, and then we’d all go to dinner when he was done.”
Five Finger Death Punch’s new album is expected to arrive sometime later this year.
