Ringo Starr and His All Starr Band Announce Fall 2015 Tour
Ringo Starr and his band will be back on the road later this year
Ringo Starr and his All Starr Band just wrapped up a series of U.S. tour dates, and now, they’re back for more. Starr and company have announced a new North American leg set for this fall. The tour will set off Oct. at The Masonic in San Francisco and run through an Oct. 31 show at Kings Theater in Brooklyn, N.Y.
The San Francisco show will also serve as a makeup date for a show that was supposed to take place last Friday, which was postponed because due to an unspecified illness.
In other Starr news, the former Beatles drummer will release a coffee-table book, “Photograph,” on Sept. 21. The book isn’t completely new, though. It was originally published as a limited-edition book in 2013, and is just now getting a wide release. “Photograph” packs rare photos from Starr’s personal archive, as well as writings from Starr.
Starr is also set to unleash his latest solo album, “Postcards from Paradise,” on March 31.
