The Monsters of Rock Cruise is set to return for a fourth year, with this year’s cruise happening in April. Performers confirmed for Monsters of Rock include Tesla, Night Ranger, Queensryche, Cinderella frontman Tom Keifer, Extreme, Lita Ford, Europe, Stryper, Kix and Krokus.
The cruise, which will take place from April 18 to April 22, will set off from Miami and anchor at a private island called Poseidon’s Grotto and Nassau in the Bahamas before coming back to Miami. Other artists set to rock the sea-struck event are former Motley Crue singer John Corabi, Richie Kotzen and former Ted Nugent singer Derek St. Holmes, Thin Lizzy offshoot Black Star Riders, Y&T, Zebra, Faster Pussycat, Honeymoon Suite, Kip Winger and Keel.
Aside from the live music, the Monsters of Rock cruise will have a bunch of event, such as a “Cooking with Rock Stars” demonstration, meet-and-greets with the performers and a “So You Think You Can Shred” fan competition. Before the cruise kicks off, a two-night pre-party will take place on April 15 and 17 at Miami’s Magic City Casino. The first night’s lineup is Queensryche and Lillian Axe, and the second night’s is Tyketto, Stryper, Gabbie Rae and a surprise performer.
