Detroit trip metallers Wolf Eyes to release new album via Third Man Records
Detroit Trip Metal band Wolf Eyes have inked with Jack White’s Third Man Records to release their new album, “I Am a Problem: Mind in Pieces,” due out Oct. 30. The guys have also unleashed a hard-hitting new track off the release called “Enemy Ladder,” which you can stream below.
Prior to the album’s release, “Enemy Ladder” will be available as a seven-inch, backed with a tune called “Dull Murder Two.” The single, out Sept. 4, can be pre-ordered via Third Man Records’ store.
In other news, Wolf Eyes — whose lineup comprises John Olson, Nathan Young and James Baljo — have unveiled a collection of rare demos and recordings on their Bandcamp page. They’re expected to release another batch of rarities on Aug. 15.
“I Am a Problem: Mind in Pieces” follows 2013’s “No Answer: Lower Floors.” Check out the track listing below, and get ready to take in the full trip metal experience.
