The Cure Flesh Out 2016 North American Tour
Legendary alternative band the Cure will tour North America in 2016
Next year will be a big one for the Cure. The legendary alternative band announced just a few dates for a 2016 North American tour last month, and now the Robert Smith-fronted group has fleshed out more dates for the tour. The run will mark the Cure’s first major North American tour since 2008.
The Cure’s 2016 tour is now scheduled to begin May 11 in New Orleans and will conclude June 26 in Miami. Venues in some cities have yet to be announced. For ticket information, head to TheCure.com.
So, what should fans expect from the upcoming trek? A post on the Cure’s website says the band will “explore 37 years of Cure songs, mixing hits, rarities, favorites and as yet unreleased tracks in a brand new stage production that promises to be the ‘must see’ show of the year!”
