Guns N’ Roses are adding to their tour itinerary
Guns N’ Roses have announced one more date for their 2016 reunion tour, and it’s not in the U.S. Slash, Axl Rose, Duff McKagan and whatever other members will be playing with them have nailed down a show in Mexico City on April 19 at the Foro Sol. The new show will take place between the band’s two headlining gigs at the 2016 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in Indio, California, which will happen on April 16 and 23.
Tickets for the Mexico City concert will be available to the general public at 11 a.m. CT on Wednesday, Feb. 10, via Ticketmaster.com.mx.
The Mexico City show marks the band’s fifth reunion concert, adding to it the Coachella performances and the April 8 and 9 shows at Las Vegas’ T-Mobile Arena.
As of now, the Guns N’ Roses reunion lineup will feature Slash, Rose and McKagan. No word yet on what other original members will be part of the reunion. The shows will mark the first time Slash has performed with Guns N’ Roses in more than 20 years—since July 1993.
