Kiss Announce Freedom to Rock Tour
Kiss’ Freedom to Rock Tour has some firsts
Kiss aren’t playing it light for their upcoming Freedom to Rock tour. The guys are going all out, headlining more than 35 cities from July through September. The trek will set off July 7 in Boise, Idaho, and run through a Sept. 10 show in Huntington, West Virginia. Freedom to Rock will also have Kiss playing first-ever shows in four cities and shows in 25 cities they haven’t visited in at least a decade.
Former American Idol winner Caleb Johnson will open for Kiss through Aug. 8. The Dead Daisies — an ‘80s supergroup of sorts with former members of Whitesnake, Thin Lizzy and Motley Crue — will take over for the remainder of the trek.
Tickets for most of the shows go on sale to the public on Friday (April 15). More dates are expected to be added to the run.
