Evanescence Back on the Road
Just when you thought they were finished, Evanescence are back with tour dates
Evanescence have been pretty quiet lately, but that all changed this week, when the Amy Lee-fronted band announced a handful of headlining North American for this fall. The 16-date trek will set off Oct. 28 in Dallas and run through a Nov. 23 in Huntington, New York, stop. For ticket information, go to Evanescence.com.
What makes the news especially surprising is that Lee recently announced details on a new solo, children’s album, Dream Too Much, which will drop Sept. 30.
“Just when you thought I was off the hard stuff! It’s going to feel amazing to step back onstage with the band this fall,” Lee said to Rolling Stone. “We had such a tight gel solidifying onstage the last few shows, and were enjoying it so much, we were all lamenting that it was so short and have been on the lookout for more opportunities to play live.”
