A Perfect Circle to Release New Album in 2017
A Perfect Circle have confirmed a 2017 release for their new album
Here’s great news for A Perfect Circle fans. The Maynard James Keenan and Billy Howerdel-headed group will unleash a new album in 2017. The album will mark the band’s full-length follow-up to 2004’s “eMOTIVe.” It’s their first bit of new music since then, aside from a new single they released in 2013, “By and Down.”
According to a press release out today (March 30), A Perfect Circle have signed to BMG for the group’s upcoming, fourth studio album. “We just signed a new record deal with BMG! Looking forward to sharing new music with you soon. New APC-2017!” guitarist and founder Howerdel said in a statement.
“We’re thrilled to welcome A Perfect Circle to BMG and excited to present their highly-anticipated new music to the world,” Jon Cohen, EVP Recorded Music at BMG added. “Their uncompromising approach, vision and legion of fans have made them one of the most artistic and commercially successful acts in rock.”
The news comes about a week before A Perfect Circle kicks off their spring headlining tour on April 7 in Las Vegas, Nevada. They’ll stay on the road through a May 7 show at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles.
Details regarding the album’s title and release date are yet to come. For all things A Perfect Circle, visit www.aperfectcircle.com.
