Guns N’ Roses Add 2017 Tour Dates
Slash, Axl, Duff and the guys are expanding their 2017 tour
Guns N’ Roses keep adding new tour dates to their 2017 itinerary, and that’s not a bad thing for fans who have been waiting to see Axl Rose, Duff McKagan and Slash on the same stage for decades.
The ’80s rock band has added 15 new stops to the tour’s North American leg, which will keep the guys on the road through Thanksgiving. Guns N’ Roses’ newly added dates includes stops in Philadelphia, New York, Boston, Cleveland, Chicago, Las Vegas and beyond.
While many of the stops will mark the second time Guns N’ Roses’ Not in This Lifetime tour has hit those cities, some cities are brand new to this tour. The band’s final show of this leg is Nov. 25 at L.A.’s The Forum.
As for openers, the newly announced shows will have opening sets from a range of acts, including Royal Blood and Deftones. Royal Blood will open Sept. 1 in Vancouver and Sept. 3 in George, Washington. Deftones will open July 27 in St. Louis and July 30 in Minneapolis.
Other openers for Guns N’ Roses’ tour include Our Lady Peace, Live, ZZ Top and Sturgill Simpson.
Tickets for the newly announced shows go on sale to the general public Saturday, June 3.
