Ozzy Osbourne Announces Farewell Tour Dates
Ozzy Osbourne’s farewell tour dates are here. The metal icon recently announced that his upcoming tour would be his last, and now, Osbourne has unleashed the tour’s first round of U.S. tour dates. The trek, called “No More Tours 2,” will begin with an Aug. 30 date in Allentown, Pennsylvania, and run through an Oct. 13 date in Las Vegas, Nevada. Before then, Ozzy will perform April 27 at Welcome to Rockville in Jacksonville, Florida, and April 29 at Fort Rock in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Longtime members Zakk Wylde, Blasko, Tommy Clufetos and Adam Wakeman will be with him on the run.
“I’ve been extremely blessed to have had two successful music careers,” Osbourne says in an official statement. “I’m looking at this final tour as being a huge celebration for my fans and anyone who has enjoyed my music over the past five decades.”
Tickets for all of the concerts go on sale to the general public beginning at 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb., via LiveNation.com and through the Live Nation app.
Before Osbourne’s North American tour, he’ll kick off the “No More Tours 2” trek in Mexico in May and continue onto shows in South America and beyond. Osbourne will also appear on a six-week European run of headlining solo dates and festivals that will kick off Friday, June 1, in Moscow, Russia.
On this trek, Osbourne has also joined forces with the Love, Hope, Strength, Foundation, whose mission is “to save lives, one concert at a time.” The organization, along with Love Hope Strength, believes “that all people deserve quality cancer care, a marrow donor if needed, and most importantly, hope.”
