Chris Jericho and Fozzy Schedule Fall U.S. Tour
Fozzy will hit the road on a U.S. tour this fall, plus open for Iron Maiden in Los Angeles
WWE superstar Chris Jericho and his band Fozzy have announced a fall U.S. headlining tour. The run will set off Sept. 5 in Denver, Colorado, and will run through a Sept. 28 date in Atlanta, Georgia.
In addition to the headlining shows, Fozzy will open for metal royalty Iron Maiden at Banc of California Stadium in Los Angeles on Sept. 14. For ticket information, head to FozzyRock.com.
“When we got the call to join Iron Maiden on their Banc of California Stadium show in Los Angeles, we knew two things were imminent,” Jericho said in a statement.
“One, this might be the biggest show Fozzy has ever played,” he added. “Two, one show isn’t enough. So we decided to head out all across the western U.S. to spread the Fozzpel and celebrate this great time in our lives!”
Fozzy has been in the studio, writing their new album, the follow-up to 2017’s “Judas.” Jericho told Audio Ink Radio in a recent interview regarding the song’s title track, “Everybody can relate to making the wrong decision and knowing it’s the wrong decision. Should I have one more drink? Should I kiss this person? Should I go the wrong way down a one-way street? It’s the betrayal. I think that it’s something everybody an relate to and everybody can empathize with.”
