Corey Taylor Edition of ’80s Horror Documentary ‘In Search of Darkness’ Available Through Halloween

At long last, horror movies and the masked metallers known as Slipknot and coming together in one very Halloween-appropriate package.
A new horror documentary named “In Search of Darkness” is releasing a special edition featuring Slipknot vocalist Corey Taylor, complete with new interviews with Taylor and “unique collectibles you won’t find anywhere else,” such as a special Corey Taylor pin, postcard and poster.
Taylor is known to be a fan of horror films, and in the documentary, he discusses his favorite horror moments for each year in the 1980s. “I am an avid, avid horror fan,” he asserts in the trailer. The $60 offering features a Corey Taylor cover.
The Slipknot “In Search of Darkness” edition is available for pre-order until midnight on Halloween, and according to the film’s creators, it “will never be streamed or put up for sale again.” The movie itself offers extensive interview with more than 45 icons of ’80s horror, such as John Carpenter, Heather Langenkamp, Caroline Williams, Greg Nicotero, Jeffrey Combs, Joe Dante, and Barbara Crampton.
