System of a Down, Korn and Faith No More to Play Two Los Angeles Shows
System of a Down, Korn and Faith No More have announced a join stadium show set for this spring in Los Angeles
The big tease began last Friday (Jan. 31), when longstanding rock bands System of a Down, Korn and Faith No More each took to their Instagram pages to post the same photo featuring an astronaut floating in space. The caption on each post plainly stated, “Monday.”
Now, it’s official. System of a Down, Korn and Faith No More have announced a joint stadium show this summer in California, with support from Helmet and Russian Circles.
The show will take place May 22 at Banc of California Stadium in Los Angeles, Calif. Tickets for the show go on sale to the general public starting at 10 a.m. PST Friday (Feb. 7) via VividSeats.com.
System of a Down has an active 2020 up ahead. After the Los Angeles date, Serj Tankian and company will travel to Europe for a summer tour running from June into July. Meanwhile, Jonathan Davis and Korn are currently on the road, playing a co-headlining tour with Breaking Benjamin. Faith No More recently announced their reunion, and the band has some European dates in the books for June.
Update: A second concert had been added at Banc of California Stadium in Los Angeles on May 22, which will also feature support from Helmet and Russian Circles. Tickets for that date will also go on sale at 10 a.m. PT Friday (Feb. 7).
