The Rolling Stones Announce North American Stadium Tour
The Rolling Stones are back to North America for a new round of stadium tour dates
It’s official: The Rolling Stones are making their way back to the U.S. The legendary rock band has announced a major summer tour, taking the guys through a handful of large stadiums across North America.
The band’s 2020 No Filter tour will set off May 8 in San Diego, California, and run through a July 9 date in Atlanta, Georgia. Tickets for the new dates will go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. Feb. 14 local time via Ticketmaster. View the full roster of tour dates below.
As previously reported, the band started hinting at a tour announcement earlier this week, posting a mysterious animated video clip and message on the group’s social media pages with the caption, “Feeling restless.” Around the same time, signs and billboards started popping up in various U.S. cities with the band’s trademark tongue-and-lips logo.
The Stones were most recently in North America last year for the 2019 leg of the band’s No Filter world tour. The band’s most recent studio album of originals, “A Bigger Bang,” dropped back in 2005. The Rolling Stones unleashed their “Blue & Lonesome” covers album, featuring a selection of blues covers, in 2016.
