Pearl Jam has postponed their upcoming summer 2020 tour for a full year, due to COVID-19
Eddie Vedder and the guys of Pearl Jam have postponed their upcoming summer European tour to 2021 in response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
The tour, which was slated for June and July of 2020, is now scheduled for June and July of 2021. While there are no specific dates for the new run, the band says the exact schedule will be available “as soon as we are able.”
For now, those who have tickets for this summer’s tour will not be offered refunds, but those tickets will be good for the rescheduled dates, however, the band is looking into offering refunds at some point.
“We are still reviewing specific ticketing policies with our partners in each country,” Pearl Jam said in a statement. “Ticket holders will be notified of any changes.”

Pearl Jam recently postponed their spring U.S. headlining tour due to coronavirus restrictions, and they were actually one of the earliest bands to change their concert schedule due to the pandemic. The grunge rockers released their latest album, “Gigaton,” in March.
