The Welcome to Rockville festival is welcoming back live music with a jam-packed 2021 bill. Organizers have announced this year’s event will feature headlining performances from Metallica, Disturbed and Nine Inch Nails. The festival – which is set for Nov. 11 through 14 in Daytona Beach, Florida – will also feature a special performance from the reunited Mudvayne.
“We cannot wait to share the Rockville stage with the likes of Metallica, Nine Inch Nails, Lynyrd Skynyrd and so many other great Disturbed friends,” Disturbed frontman David Draiman said in a statement. “What a massive lineup. C’ya in November, Daytona Beach.”
Other bands and musicians that will appear on the 2021 lineup include Staind, The Offspring, Rob Zombie, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Crown the Empire, Stone Temple Pilots, Social Distortion, Ayron Jones, Sick Puppies, Chevelle, Mastodon, Anthrax, Falling in Reverse, Architects, grandson, Beartooth, Asking Alexandria, Spiritbox, All Good Things, Lamb of God, Sleeping with Sirens, Badflower, Atreyu, FEVER 333, Fame on Fire, Jelly Roll and more.
In total, more than 70 acts will perform over four days, with live sets taking place on three stages. In addition to the music, the festival will feature spirits, craft beer and local cuisine.
“We’re celebrating our 10th Welcome to Rockville by building on the big plans that we had for 2020: Bringing Metallica for two nights, along with Disturbed, Florida heroes Lynyrd Skynyrd (with their last Northern Florida show), and so many of the bands that were going to make last year the biggest Rockville yet – and then doing one better, adding a fourth day of music led by Nine Inch Nails,” Danny Wimmer, founder of Danny Wimmer Presents, said in a statement.
He added, “Welcome To Rockville is an incredible rock and roll vacation destination, and our new home, Daytona International Speedway, located just a few miles from the beach, allows us to have more space for a bigger, better festival and camping experience.”
