Def Leppard and Motley Crue Announce 2023 U.S. Tour with Alice Cooper

Def Leppard and Motley Crue have always said that their stadium run isn’t close to ending, and now, they’re confirming that news. The two ’80s mainstays have announced a string of summer 2023 U.S. tour dates, and they’re bringing special guest Alice Cooper along for the ride.

So far, just six U.S. shows have been announced. The handful of dates will set off Aug. 5 in Syracuse, New York, and run through an Aug. 18 date in El Paso, Texas.

Platinum, fan-club, and VIP pre-sales are available now via Ticketmaster. Citi cardmembers will have access to a pre-sale starting Tuesday (Dec. 13) at 10 a.m. local time. A Live Nation pre-sale starts next Thursday (Dec. 15) at 10 a.m. local time using the code CHEER. Tickets go on sale to the general public next Friday (Dec. 16) at 10 a.m. local time.

The new U.S. shows follow the 2023 international tour dates that Def Leppard and Motley Crue have called The World Tour.” They include two previously announced Atlantic City concerts on Feb. 10 and 11 without Alice Cooper.

“After finally getting back on the road this past summer, we’re beyond thrilled to bring this massive tour to a global audience including some special dates in America!” Joe Elliott of Def Leppard said in a press release.

“We had an incredible time playing ‘The Stadium Tour’ in North America this [past] summer and we truly can’t wait to take the show around the globe with ‘The World Tour’ in 2023,” Motley Crue said in a collective statement. “Crueheads get ready because we have a few amazing US dates set for you!”
