Foo Fighters Add New Headlining Shows
Foo Fighters are beefing up their 2023 tour roster
Foo Fighters already have a plethora of tour dates set up for 2023, and they just added more. The Dave Grohl-fronted band have announced six additional headline shows, including dates in Spokane, Washington; Salt Lake City, Utah; Lake Tahoe, Nevada; Virginia Beach, California; Phoenix, Arizona; and El Paso, Texas.
The band’s tour starts in May and currently wraps up in October. Right now, the Foo Fighters have 25 U.S. shows on their roster, in addition to some gigs in Germany, Japan and Brazil. Full their full list of upcoming tour dates below.
Moreover, for the six newly announced tour dates, The Breeders will open. Pre-sale tickets are available now, and general sale starts on Friday (April 14) at 10 a.m. local venue time.
Of course, Foo Fighters will never be the same. The band suffered a great loss when drummer Taylor Hawkins passed away in March of 2022. So far, the band hasn’t confirmed who will fill in for Hawkins on tour. “Without Taylor, we never would have become the band that we were,” they said in a statement in December. “And without Taylor, we know that we’re going to be a different band going forward.”
