Slash Featuring Myles Kennedy and The Conspirators Gearing Up for 2024 Tour
For the first time in more than a year, Slash featuring Myles Kennedy and the Conspirators have announced new tour dates
Slash is keeping busy with Guns N’ Roses, but he hasn’t forgotten about his solo music. The top hat-wearing musician has announced a new round of tour dates with his project, Slash featuring Myles Kennedy and the Conspirators. The tour will see the band performing internationally in 2024 and include support from Wolfgang Van Halen’s Mammoth WVH.
The trek, dubbed the “River Is Rising – Rest of the World Tour ’24,” begins in Latin American with a gig in Mexico City on Jan. 23. Then, the guys perform a handful of concerts in Japan in early March and, finally, kick off the UK/European leg of the tour in late March. That UK/European leg with Mammoth WVH starts March 28 in Dublin, Ireland, and runs through April 29 in Paris, France. Tickets for all the dates on on sale now.
Slash featuring Myles Kennedy and the Conspirators are touring behind their most recent studio album, “4,” which arrived in early 2022. The name of the tour, the “Rest of the World Tour,” is because the tour already hit North America last year. So, why the delay in touring? It’s likely because both Slash and Kennedy have been on the road with their other bands, Guns N’ Roses and Alter Bridge.
Opening act Mammoth WVH is spearheaded by Wolfgang Van Halen, the son of Eddie Van Halen. The band is touring in support of their sophomore album, “Mammoth II.” Moreover, Wolfgang just married his longtime girlfriend this past weekend. It was an intimate wedding, with Wolfgang’s new wife, Andraia, telling People magazine, “Our goal was just to bring all of our closest family and friends together. The past few years, not only with the world, but also with personal tragedies, haven’t been the easiest, but we wanted to create this wedding as a celebration not only just for us to get married, but a celebration for the people we love.”
