The Monsters of Rock Cruise is always a flashback to a time when partying was a daily and nightly event. Now, the Monsters of Rock Cruise 2025 lineup is here, and it features a bevy of top 1980s acts.

Monsters of Rock Cruise 2025 Lineup

The Monsters of Rock Cruise 2025 lineup of music and activities is here, and it features the likes of Tesla, Michael Schenker, Krokus, Extreme, Winger, Stephen Pearcy of Ratt and Queensrÿche. All of those acts will serve as headliners for the annual hard rock and heavy metal cruise festival.

The Monster of Rock Cruise will offers five days and five nights of live music, food, drinks and more. The cruise will set sail on March 10 from Miami, Florida, aboard the Norwegian Cruise Line’s Norwegian Joy. The cruise will also stop at two ports of call: Great Stirrup Cay and Nassau, Bahamas. Also, the cruise will come back to shore on March 15.

As for other aspects of the Monsters of Rock Cruise 2025 festivities, rock radio personality Eddie Trunk will host the festivities, as usual. The cruise will also feature interactive events between artists and cruisers, including some musician and cruiser Q&A sessions, Gong Show Karaoke, “So You Think You Can Shred,” “Cooking with Rock Stars,” “Painting with Rock Stars,” a Rockers vs. Average Joe’s sporting event and more.

This is the first time Monsters of Rock has set sail aboard Norwegian Joy, one of Norwegian Cruise Line’s popular cruise ships in their fleet.

“Offering several decks full of amazing shops, an array of complimentary and specialty restaurants, and entertainment, the ship also features a variety of staterooms, vibrant décor inspired by legendary music venues, adults-only Vibe Beach Club, and the Thermal Suite at the Mandara Spa, all dedicated to relaxation and rejuvenation,” Monsters of Rock says in an official website. “Zoom into fantastic vistas along the Norwegian Joy Speedway, an actual onboard two-level race track, which is the first ever of its kind at sea and just one of the ways the ship is custom-built to let the outside in.”

On top of the headliners for the cruise, other acts booked for the event include L.A. Guns, Michael Monroe, Pretty Maids, Slaughter, Vandenberg, Faster Pussycat, Lynch Mob, Vixen, Chris Holmes of W.A.S.P. and more. The festival also promises “more acts to be announced soon,” according to a press release. I love the act this festival always draws big 1980s talent, but it’s also some of the underappreciated acts from the 1980s. I appreciate their diversity.

Monsters of Rock Cabins are on-sale now beginning at $2,699 per person for double occupancy, not including mandatory taxes and fee supplement. Music fans can reserve their spot via the Monsters of Rock Cruise 2025 website. For more information on the Monster of Rock Cruise 2025 lineup, visit the Monsters of Rock Facebook page.
