Churchill Announce 2013 Tour Dates
Indie rock band Churchill are going out on a headlining tour in 2013
Indie rockers Churchill enjoy a great 2012, between the band’s song “Change” topping the alternative charts and touring with high-profile alternative acts such as for fun., Passion Pit and Of Monsters and Men. Now, Churchill are going out on their own and have announced a handful of headlining tour dates for this winter. The band’s North American tour kicks off on Jan. 15 at Lola in St. Louis, and will travel through Tampa, Baltimore, Orlando, Atlanta and beyond before wrapping up Feb. 9 in Denver, Colo.
Churchill hail from Denver, and the band recently posted an update to local fans regarding the upcoming tour on their official Facebook page, stating, “Just a reminder to our hometown, Denver. Our first ever headlining show at the Ogden is Feb 9th! Also performing, The Autumn Film and Ha Ha Tonka!!! Get your tickets soon!”
Churchill’s current EP, “Change,” dropped in October, and it features five tracks: “Change,” “I Am Yours,” “Ark in a Flood,” “Made a List” and “ Sing Out Your Love.”
