Device Announce 2013 Tour Dates
Device are set to tour North America this spring
Device, the metal supergroup featuring Disturbed singer David Draiman, has revealed a set of new U.S. tour dates. The jaunt will kick off on April 10 in Mobile, Ala., and will travel across the U.S. through a May 4 gig in Rockingham, N.C. Gemini Syndrome and Nonpoint will open on certain dates.
The trek is in support of Device’s self-titled debut album, which is set to arrive on April 9 via Warner Bros Records. Draiman co-wrote and recorded the set with Geno Lenardo, formerly of Filter. Device’s touring lineup includes Draiman, Evanescence drummer Will Hunt and Dope and Rock of Ages guitarist Virus. The album also features guest appearances from Tom Morello (Rage Against the Machine), Glenn Hughes (Deep Purple, Black Sabbath, Black Country Communion), Lzzy Hale from Halestorm and more.
Device’s debut single, “Vilify,” is taking off, as the track has been the most-added song at active rock radio for the past two weeks. For more on Device, head to the band’s official Facebook page.
