The Rolling Stones performed a surprise concert at the EchoPlex nightclub in Los Angeles last weekend
Rock legends the Rolling Stones kick off their 50 and Counting tour May 3 in Los Angeles, but the guys treated fans to a surprise concert last weekend, playing a surprise show at a small club in L.A.
The Stones took to their Twitter account on Saturday (April 27) to announce that they would perform a concert that evening at the EchoPlex nightclub in the Echo Park area of Los Angeles. The band pullout of a slew of classics during their 90-minute set, which also included a guest appearance from former member Mick Taylor, reports Rolling Stone. Several stars were spotted in the audience, including Ke$ha, Johnny Depp and Owen Wilson.
